On Line Generator

This is the image I created on the online generator, 'Reflection Generator" .... a beautiful reflection of the lighthouse! There are so many different options, there has to be one to suit everyone. Amazed how easily I was able to create the reflection.

No 4 RSS Account

Well now I have set up a 'Relatively Simple Syndecation' Account!!! Please don't ask me to explain just yet what this all means, but the range of information you are able to access is amazing, the resouces etc are all a biit mindboggling. I need time to play around with the site to find out more.

No 3 Technology

Wow! I have ctreated a Blog and a Flicka account! Both of these were a mystery to me a week or two ago , but now i think I am getting the hang of it all! By first encouner with the 'Blog" was a little not all that successful as I only saved my posts to Draft! possibly a bit Daft!! Wondered why when going back to access my Blog there were no posts!!!! However have now got the hang of it ... I hope!... and have even managed to get the earlier draft onto the Blog! Still to get my head around the benefits of a Flicka account, but have managed to upload some photos, so guess that's a start. The next thing I must do is add photos to my blog, which shouldn't be too difficult... I hope!

Spring has SPRUNG!!

Spring has certainly arrived with avengence. Warm days, no rain, lots of wind and all signs of an'early spring. The trees are covered in blossom, the fruit is forming and the vegie garden is starting to take shape. It's a wonderful time of year but just wish we could get some rain to ensure we may have a reasonable sort of harvest, but as each day and week goes by the chances of this happenong are diminishing daily.

Grandfinal fever

Wow! what a weekend it has been! Football overload, but for Victorians a wonderfulweekend of sport... if that's your bend of course. became a Geelong for supporter for the day ob Saturday and cheered and barracked with the best of them as we watched on the 'big screen' , as good if better than being there! The result was well deserved by the Geelong team. they played a great team game and there were so many stand out players it was hard to pick a 'BOG.' Watching with a group also proved a great amount of fun, certainly adds to the enjoyment of the game and encourages you to stay and watch the entire game... I usually give up halfway through and go out into the garden for awhile and just pop back everynow and then to check the scores. To complete the weekend of sport watched the entire game of Rugby League. Go Storm! It's a weird game but as I become more familiar with the rules it makes a bit more sense, but don't think i could ever be a real fan of the game.

Life on the Farm

Life on the farm is very percarious at this time. Rain has not arrived, the crops are struggling and feed in the paddocks for stock is diminishing. Although there has been rain in recent days unfortunately not enough to give us much joy!! However being a true farmerand optomist continue to live hope for something better down the track. Our saving grace is a full dam of water, which is a wonderful asset for us...... means we can have a vegis garden and keep our extensive garden alive!
